What we do

We provide specialised and operational support services to Council, its committees, the Executive Mayor and the Mayoral Committee and the designated role players in the City’s decision-making processes.

Through the Councillor Support area, we also provide an extensive suite of services to all councillors elected as part of the City of Cape Town Council.

We provide an interface between the executive decision-making structures and the organisation, through effective and efficient facilitation of the decision-making processes and provision of specialised services to the organisation and the relevant role players.
